Got a noisy outlet? Use an NCS Acoustics Industrial Silencer or Muffler to reduce noise.

What solutions do NCS offer for noisy outlets?

NCS Acoustics provide Industrial Silencers and Mufflers for most situations; blower and vacuum pump types, absorptive or reactive for engine and vents. We have standard designs, but most of our Industrial Silencers and Mufflers are designed and manufactured to individual requirements. Call us and let our expert acoustic engineers provide you with suitable options.

Industrial Blower Silencers

Industrial Blower Silencers cut the high noise levels from Compressors, Industrial blowers and vacuum pumps. They are designed for use as inlet or discharge silencers, and are utilised to provide optimum attenuation of reciprocating compressors and reciprocating or rotary positive displacement blowers or vacuum pumps.

Industrial Vent Silencers

Industrial Vent Silencers cut the high noise levels radiating from steam outlets, vents and pressure vessel blow-downs. They feature a blast chamber to slow the discharge and a concentric absorptive section.

Absorptive Mufflers

Absorptive Mufflers offer high sound reduction over a broad mid-to-high frequency range. They feature a straight-though design to minimise back pressure. They have a high temperature option for uses such as engine exhausts.

Reactive Mufflers

Reactive Mufflers use resonance to achieve high attenuation at low-to-mid frequencies. Typical uses are engine exhausts, compressors and blowers. These mufflers are particularly suitable for applications such as food processes where porous infill materials are not permitted.

Combination/Lined Reactive Mufflers

Combination/Lined Reactive Mufflers are a combination of a reactive muffler and absorptive muffler in one package. These offer high sound reduction over a very broad frequency range and are specifically design for blower inlets and outlets.
